Return & Refund Policy

If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
MNLA ships to the destinations shown at checkout.
Returns Overview
- Return requests for eligible items must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned with tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or return shipping must be covered by us under applicable law
- No restocking fees apply
- Gift cards are non-returnable
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a legal right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of receiving it, and then a further 14 days to return it, subject to applicable exceptions. In the EU, return postage during the cooling-off period can generally be made the customer’s responsibility if this is made clear before purchase.
If you are a consumer in Australia, statutory consumer guarantees may apply where goods are faulty or do not meet required standards.
Standard Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- unused
- free from stains, marks, odours, or damage
- returned in their original condition with tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted, promotional, or sale price are considered sale items.
Sale items are not eligible for discretionary returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, unless required by applicable law.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or where you have a legal right to cancel an eligible online order. UK/EU cooling-off rights for eligible online purchases still apply even where an item was bought on sale.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email hello@mnla.shop with:
- your order number
- the item or items you wish to return
- the reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- the return address
- instructions on how and where to send your item
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, or Not-as-Described Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is:
- defective
- damaged
- incorrect
- missing from your order
- not as described
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos where possible.
We may offer a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy depending on the issue and the rights that apply in your location. Asking customers to contact you promptly is fine, but statutory rights should not be cut off by a short notice period such as 7 days.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please request a return for the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before placing a new order.
UK and EU Cooling-Off Rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have the right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without needing to provide justification, and then a further 14 days to return the item.
To be eligible for return under this right, the item must be returned:
- unworn and unused
- in its original condition
- with tags attached
- with proof of purchase
This right may not apply to certain goods, including goods made to your specification, personalised items, and other legally exempt categories.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days from approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Where applicable law requires a different refund timeframe, we will comply with that law. For eligible UK online cancellations, refunds are generally due within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact hello@mnla.shop.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:
- gift cards
- items returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements
- any item clearly marked as final sale, where permitted by law
- any product category that is legally exempt from cancellation or return rights
